Due to COVID-19 we have not crowned a new Miss Concordia since 2019. Kimberly Kunkel has agreed to carry on until we are able to crown the new Miss Concordia at our Pageant once restrictions lift and it is safe for us to do so.
Kimberly was crowned Miss Concordia on April 6, 2019 at our annual Bockbierfest evet. She has been a part of the Concordia Enzian dance group for five years and the Concordia Beach Volleyball group for two years. Kimberly competed in the international Buffalo Gaufest German Dance Competition in 2017 and will be representing the Concordia Club again at the 2019 Gaufest in Washington, D.C.
Kimberly is an Alumni of Conestoga College's Business Purchasing Program - having graduated with Distrinction in 2015. She has now been working at Hammond Power Solutions in Guelph as a Buyer Analyst for over three years, where she is in charge of sourcing and purchasing various components that make up a power transformer. Kimberly's other hobbies and interests include cooking, hunting, fishing and enjoying time with her friends and family.
Wearing her dirndl, crown and sash proudly, Kimberly is thrilled to be given the honour of representing the Concordia Club at the many events she will be attending throughout the year as well as Oktoberfest.
